How accurate is the crowd count?
We calibrate each sensor against an actual headcount on your first night. The sensor is tuned specifically for your venue's layout, so the numbers on your dashboard match reality.
What if my WiFi goes down?
The sensor caches data locally and sends it when the connection comes back. You don't lose any counts. The dashboard will show a "last updated" timestamp so you always know how fresh the data is.
Will it count people in the business next door?
No. We tune the sensor's range during setup so it only covers your space. A phone 50 feet away in another building won't be counted.
Who can see my data?
Only you. Your venue's data is private and never shared with competitors. Other venues on the platform can see general area activity, but never your specific numbers.
Does the sensor need my WiFi password?
Yes, but only to send data to the cloud. The sensor connects to your WiFi like any other device. It can't access your network, your POS, or anything else. It just uses the internet connection to report counts.
What does the sensor look like?
A small black box about the size of a deck of cards. It sits behind your bar or near the entrance, plugged into a standard power outlet. Most customers will never notice it.
Is there a contract?
No. Pilot venues get everything free with no commitment. If it's not useful, we'll remove the sensor and you're done. No questions asked.
What reports do I get?
Your live dashboard updates every 60 seconds. Each morning you get a nightly recap of the previous night's peak hour, total crowd, and trend. Every Monday you get a weekly summary comparing this week to last. All viewable on your phone.
What do my customers see?
Nothing. The sensor is completely passive. It doesn't interact with anyone's phone, doesn't show notifications, and doesn't require your customers to download anything. They'll never know it's there.
